El informe analiz\u00f3 500 ciudades en 62 pa\u00edses, revelando que las urbes latinoamericanas lideran en lentitud, horas perdidas y saturaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciudades en rojo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ciudad de M\u00e9xico ocupa el primer lugar mundial en congesti\u00f3n vial. Registra un 52 % de saturaci\u00f3n, 32 minutos por cada 10 km recorridos y 152 horas al a\u00f1o perdidas en el tr\u00e1fico. Le siguen Lima, con 155 horas anuales por habitante, y Barranquilla, que lidera en lentitud con 36 minutos por 10 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, otras ciudades mexicanas como Guadalajara, Puebla, Tijuana, Le\u00f3n y Ecatepec figuran entre las m\u00e1s afectadas. El problema se extiende m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las capitales y afecta tambi\u00e9n la eficiencia log\u00edstica urbana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Foro para buscar soluciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a este panorama, se celebr\u00f3 un foro en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico convocado por Intertraffic, donde se abordaron soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas para la movilidad. Participaron expertos en transporte, planificaci\u00f3n urbana y movilidad inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Azcarate Beltr\u00e1n, presidente de AMIT e ITS M\u00e9xico, advirti\u00f3 que la falta de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y baja inversi\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica agravan la crisis. \u201cEl costo m\u00e1s alto es no implementar estas tecnolog\u00edas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Movilidad urbana e infraestructura<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montserrat Azc\u00e1rate Sosa, urbanista y miembro de Intertraffic Am\u00e9ricas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es urgente pasar del diagn\u00f3stico a la acci\u00f3n. Pidi\u00f3 integrar la planificaci\u00f3n urbana con la micromovilidad y el uso eficiente del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El foro concluy\u00f3 que solo mediante un enfoque integral \u2014tecnolog\u00eda, pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e infraestructura\u2014 podr\u00e1 la regi\u00f3n superar este obst\u00e1culo.
