La frase clave \u201csistema TIR\u201d gu\u00eda este proceso que apunta a reducir tiempos, costos y burocracia en pasos fronterizos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representantes de la IRU y del gobierno chileno se reunieron recientemente para fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n aduanera. En el encuentro participaron Lucas Lagier, de la IRU, y Alejandra Arriaza, directora de Aduanas de Chile, quienes abordaron temas como digitalizaci\u00f3n de documentos, armonizaci\u00f3n normativa y mejoras en procesos fronterizos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema TIR permite que camiones crucen varias fronteras sin inspecciones intermedias si los precintos se mantienen intactos. Esta modalidad, vigente en m\u00e1s de 60 pa\u00edses, reduce demoras y mejora la seguridad de las cadenas log\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Am\u00e9rica del Sur, la adopci\u00f3n del sistema TIR facilitar\u00eda los flujos de mercanc\u00edas en rutas clave, como las que conectan Chile con Argentina, Bolivia y Per\u00fa. Chile podr\u00eda convertirse en un eje bioce\u00e1nico eficiente, conectando puertos del Atl\u00e1ntico y el Pac\u00edfico, y fortaleciendo corredores log\u00edsticos regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la IRU, el uso del sistema TIR permite reducir costos log\u00edsticos hasta en un 40\u202f%. Esto representa un cambio significativo en zonas donde las demoras superan las 20 horas por tr\u00e1mites aduaneros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los beneficios log\u00edsticos, la implementaci\u00f3n del TIR puede impulsar el desarrollo de econom\u00edas regionales. Al conectar polos productivos del interior con puertos estrat\u00e9gicos, se generan nuevas oportunidades de exportaci\u00f3n, empleo e inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los desaf\u00edos incluyen ajustes normativos, inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura y capacitaci\u00f3n de personal.
