Para operaciones internacionales, el crecimiento fue del 6,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la capacidad global \u2014medida en toneladas-kil\u00f3metro de carga disponibles (ACTK)\u2014 aument\u00f3 un 6,3% interanual, y un 6,9% en operaciones internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Factores que impulsaron el crecimiento<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Willie Walsh, director general de la IATA, explic\u00f3 que el aumento fue impulsado por la demanda estacional de moda y consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La anticipaci\u00f3n de cambios arancelarios en EE. UU. tambi\u00e9n motiv\u00f3 el adelanto de embarques, beneficiando el desempe\u00f1o del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro factor clave fue la ca\u00edda del precio del combustible, que baj\u00f3 un 21,2% interanual y un 4,1% respecto a marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon capacidad r\u00e9cord y mejora en los rendimientos, el panorama para la carga a\u00e9rea es alentador\u201d, dijo Walsh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Desempe\u00f1o regional en abril<\/strong> de la demanda de carga a\u00e9rea<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las aerol\u00edneas de Asia-Pac\u00edfico y Am\u00e9rica Latina lideraron el crecimiento, con aumentos del 10,0% y 10,1%, respectivamente, en comparaci\u00f3n interanual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Am\u00e9rica del Norte, la demanda creci\u00f3 4,2% y en Europa, un 2,9%. \u00c1frica registr\u00f3 un alza del 4,7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La regi\u00f3n de Medio Oriente tuvo el crecimiento m\u00e1s bajo, con solo un 2,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entorno operativo global<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La producci\u00f3n industrial mundial subi\u00f3 3,2% interanual en marzo. Adem\u00e1s, el comercio de bienes aument\u00f3 6,5% respecto al mes anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00edndice PMI manufacturero global se ubic\u00f3 en 50,5, se\u00f1alando expansi\u00f3n por cuarto mes consecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el PMI de pedidos de exportaci\u00f3n cay\u00f3 a 47,2, reflejando desaceleraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perspectivas del mercado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las rutas internacionales mostraron crecimiento, salvo Medio Oriente-Europa, \u00c1frica-Asia y el mercado intraeuropeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La IATA advirti\u00f3 que los cambios en la pol\u00edtica comercial, especialmente en EE.
