La capacidad creci\u00f3 6.5%, mientras que el factor de ocupaci\u00f3n global alcanz\u00f3 el 83.6%, es decir, 1.1 puntos porcentuales m\u00e1s que en abril de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>El tr\u00e1fico internacional lidera el crecimiento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La demanda internacional subi\u00f3 10.8% respecto al mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior. La capacidad se expandi\u00f3 8.5% y el factor de ocupaci\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord para abril: 84.1%.<br>La regi\u00f3n Asia-Pac\u00edfico registr\u00f3 el mayor crecimiento interanual con 14.4% en RPK. Le siguieron \u00c1frica (13.6%), Latinoam\u00e9rica (13.9%) y Medio Oriente (11.2%).<br>Europa avanz\u00f3 9.4% y Am\u00e9rica del Norte 5.4%. Esta \u00faltima regi\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 una fuerte ca\u00edda del 26% en viajes de clase ejecutiva y primera clase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Mercados dom\u00e9sticos: India y Brasil destacan; EE.UU. cae<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El tr\u00e1fico dom\u00e9stico creci\u00f3 3.3% interanual, con una capacidad 3.1% superior. El factor de ocupaci\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 82.7%, apenas 0.1 puntos m\u00e1s.<br>India creci\u00f3 10.1% en RPK, pero su capacidad subi\u00f3 11.3%, lo que redujo levemente su ocupaci\u00f3n a 85.7%, la m\u00e1s alta del grupo.<br>Brasil increment\u00f3 su tr\u00e1fico interno 13.5% y su ocupaci\u00f3n fue de 81.1%. China registr\u00f3 una expansi\u00f3n de 7%.<br>Por el contrario, Estados Unidos cay\u00f3 0.5%, su tercer mes consecutivo de retroceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Optimismo con se\u00f1ales de alerta<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Willie Walsh, director general de IATA, destac\u00f3 que abril fue positivo para la industria.
