{"id":61942,"date":"2025-05-29T18:00:41","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T21:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=61942"},"modified":"2025-05-29T18:00:48","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T21:00:48","slug":"mexico-avanza-en-la-descarbonizacion-maritima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/mexico-avanza-en-la-descarbonizacion-maritima\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico avanza en la descarbonizaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>M\u00e9xico dio inicio formal al proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n de su Plan de Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN) para la descarbonizaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La iniciativa es liderada por la Secretar\u00eda de Marina (Semar), con respaldo t\u00e9cnico del Programa GreenVoyage2050 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional (OMI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso comenz\u00f3 durante un curso nacional celebrado en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; donde participaron instituciones clave como Semar, Semarnat, Sener, SRE, Asipona, el sector acad\u00e9mico y representantes de la sociedad civil. Los debates giraron en torno a las prioridades para reducir las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI) en los sectores mar\u00edtimo y portuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las propuestas se destacaron la adopci\u00f3n de combustibles m\u00e1s limpios; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n modernizaci\u00f3n de infraestructura portuaria, mejora del marco regulatorio e impulso a la capacitaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se discuti\u00f3 la alineaci\u00f3n del PAN con los compromisos clim\u00e1ticos nacionales; y la posibilidad de crear corredores mar\u00edtimos ecol\u00f3gicos en cooperaci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visi\u00f3n integral y marco regulatorio fortalecido<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Javier Mendoza Rosales, de la Unidad de Capitan\u00edas de Puerto y Asuntos Mar\u00edtimos (Unicapam), afirm\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico tiene una \u201coportunidad real\u201d para aprovechar el impulso global hacia la descarbonizaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima. Subray\u00f3 que el trabajo con la OMI permitir\u00e1 reforzar el marco normativo y avanzar hacia un sector sostenible y competitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Diana Elena Portilla, de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Puertos, remarc\u00f3 que los puertos son pilares del desarrollo nacional.
