El plan busca integrar transporte ferroviario y carretero, con enfoque en eficiencia y conectividad regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa es impulsada por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Industria, dependiente del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Producci\u00f3n e Industria. Se proyecta en el Parque Industrial de Zapala, donde se construir\u00e1 un <strong>puerto seco<\/strong> que articular\u00e1 cargas entre camiones y trenes. Adem\u00e1s, se integrar\u00e1 con la <strong>Zona Franca<\/strong> y la <strong>Zona Primaria Aduanera<\/strong> ya existentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conexi\u00f3n entre dos oc\u00e9anos y mayor competitividad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador Rolando Figueroa destac\u00f3 la importancia de conectar ambos oc\u00e9anos y mejorar la competitividad de productos neuquinos y rionegrinos. Asegur\u00f3 que se potenciar\u00e1 la exportaci\u00f3n por puertos chilenos y se facilitar\u00e1 la importaci\u00f3n de insumos clave para <strong>Vaca Muerta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, el sistema log\u00edstico enfrenta rutas saturadas, altos costos, demoras y deterioro vial. La plataforma permitir\u00e1 reducir tr\u00e1nsito pesado, reactivar trenes y emplear camiones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, con menor impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apuesta por el desarrollo sostenible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El subsecretario de Industria, Hip\u00f3lito Salvatori, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el proyecto refleja el rol del Estado como planificador y articulador territorial. La obra se alinea con los <strong>Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)<\/strong>, enfoc\u00e1ndose en infraestructura, innovaci\u00f3n y empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se contemplan estudios t\u00e9cnicos, ambientales y sociales, adem\u00e1s de mecanismos de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada. Tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9 la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y municipal en el dise\u00f1o del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zapala como eje log\u00edstico regional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto aprovechar\u00e1 infraestructuras existentes como una nave industrial y conexiones ferroviarias.
