Esta operaci\u00f3n representa el 27% de su meta anual de encargos, fijada en <strong>9.800 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los buques estar\u00e1n listos en <strong>enero de 2028<\/strong> y se entregar\u00e1n a una naviera asi\u00e1tica; cuyo nombre no se revel\u00f3 por la empresa constructora. Samsung indic\u00f3 que el contrato se alinea con su estrategia de diversificaci\u00f3n de portafolio;que ahora incluye m\u00e1s tipos de buques, como petroleros y portacontenedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este movimiento responde a la <strong>creciente demanda de renovaci\u00f3n de flotas<\/strong>, especialmente con naves que cumplan con nuevos est\u00e1ndares medioambientales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, <strong>Wan Hai Lines<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n relevante para su flota; encargando dos nuevos buques de <strong>16 mil TEU<\/strong> propulsados por metanol. Estos ser\u00e1n los <strong>portacontenedores m\u00e1s grandes<\/strong> de la naviera taiwanesa, actualmente clasificada como la n\u00famero 11 del mundo en capacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los buques seadjudic\u00f3 a <strong>Samsung Heavy Industries<\/strong>;mientras que el segundo ser\u00e1 construido por el astillero <strong>HD Hyundai Samho<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n de Corea del Sur. Seg\u00fan lo informado a la Bolsa de Valores de Taip\u00e9i, la entrega de estas unidades se prev\u00e9 entre <strong>2027 y 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de embarcaciones busca reducir significativamente las emisiones de carbono; y cumplir con los objetivos de sostenibilidad del sector mar\u00edtimo.
