El enclave estar\u00eda ubicado en terrenos de la gremial, en la intersecci\u00f3n de las rutas 5 y 56, a pocos kil\u00f3metros de la ciudad de Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlos Rodr\u00edguez, diputado electo y Rafael Leaniz presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n, lideraron el encuentro en Torre Ejecutiva, este ultimo como director de proyectos junto a empresarios del sector. El plan busca extender las operaciones del Puerto de Montevideo a territorio interior, con las mismas condiciones de puerto libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaniz explic\u00f3 que el \u00e1rea recibir\u00eda cargas y descargas para importaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n, tras cumplir con los tr\u00e1mites aduaneros correspondientes. Una de las claves del proyecto es la cercan\u00eda al trazado del Ferrocarril Central, a solo tres kil\u00f3metros del predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, junto al puerto seco se construir\u00eda un polo log\u00edstico para potenciar la regi\u00f3n centro-sur del pa\u00eds. Este incluir\u00eda servicios para transporte y almacenamiento en una zona estrat\u00e9gica, conectada por las rutas 5, 6 y 7, y a 100 kil\u00f3metros de Montevideo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto generar\u00eda 400 empleos en su etapa inicial.
