Seg\u00fan advirti\u00f3 Luis Zubizarreta, presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Puertos Privados Comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intensa sedimentaci\u00f3n provocada por el caudal del r\u00edo Bermejo obliga a dividir convoyes de barcazas para atravesar el paso; generando una congesti\u00f3n que afecta a m\u00e1s de 500 embarcaciones. Este retraso impacta de lleno en las plantas de molienda, que procesan soja importada bajo r\u00e9gimen de importaci\u00f3n temporaria para reexportar harina y aceite; productos en los que Argentina lidera a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubizarreta advirti\u00f3 que la demora genera costos adicionales. Los armadores, que normalmente realizan diez viajes mensuales, ahora apenas alcanzan siete, encareciendo el flete fluvial y la log\u00edstica general. Aunque los fen\u00f3menos de creciente y sedimentaci\u00f3n son habituales en esta \u00e9poca; la gravedad actual es \u201cextraordinaria\u201d, evidenciando la necesidad urgente de inversiones en infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva licitaci\u00f3n de la Hidrov\u00eda aparece como clave. Mejorar la profundidad del r\u00edo permitir\u00eda aliviar los cuellos de botella y optimizar las cargas de los buques, reduciendo hasta 10 d\u00f3lares por tonelada los costos log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubizarreta tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la paradoja estructural: Argentina posee una de las mayores capacidades industriales de molienda de soja, pero enfrenta capacidad ociosa por la elevada carga fiscal que desincentiva la producci\u00f3n local.
