Seg\u00fan Gabriel Tumani, gerente general de Ultraport, la campa\u00f1a profundiza el concepto previo de Orgullo Portuario; y lo convierte as\u00ed en acci\u00f3n diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo es solo un sentimiento; es hacer bien el trabajo, con impacto positivo en el entorno y el pa\u00eds\u201d, explic\u00f3 durante el lanzamiento. Adem\u00e1s, en un sector que opera 24\/7 y exige altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad, la campa\u00f1a pone en valor el compromiso de cada trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultraport impulsa espacios seguros, con oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n, desarrollo profesional y reconocimiento al talento humano. \u201cTrabajar en esta industria requiere formaci\u00f3n constante; en Ultraport fortalecemos los talentos y sumamos cada vez m\u00e1s mujeres a la operaci\u00f3n\u201d. Con 14 mil empleos directos y 40 mil indirectos, es clave para la competitividad de Chile en los mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultraport, con presencia en nueve puertos y 43 a\u00f1os de historia, reafirma su compromiso con el desarrollo log\u00edstico del pa\u00eds. Seg\u00fan Heidi Brokordt, jefa de Asuntos P\u00fablicos, <strong>\u201cSer Orgullo Portuario\u201d<\/strong> se vivir\u00e1 en cada acci\u00f3n; desde lo individual hasta lo organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La campa\u00f1a \u201cSer Orgullo Portuario\u201d  contempla actividades internas y comunitarias; fortaleciendo valores como pasi\u00f3n, integridad, excelencia y seguridad en cada terminal.
