Adem\u00e1s, con una inversi\u00f3n total de <strong>USD 187,5 millones<\/strong>, el proyecto busca <strong>optimizar la conectividad portuaria<\/strong>; y <strong>reducir costos log\u00edsticos<\/strong>, beneficiando a la agroindustria y a <strong>1,5 millones de habitantes en Santa Fe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un nodo clave para la econom\u00eda argentina<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Complejo Portuario Gran Rosario (CPGR)<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n es un punto estrat\u00e9gico para la exportaci\u00f3n de granos, manejando <strong>120 millones de toneladas anuales<\/strong>; y recibiendo hasta <strong>12.000 camiones por d\u00eda<\/strong> en temporada alta. Santa Fe aporta el <strong>21% de las exportaciones nacionales<\/strong> y el <strong>10% del PIB argentino<\/strong>, lo que resalta la importancia de mejorar su infraestructura log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Principales ejes del plan de modernizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan de modernizaci\u00f3n se basa en tres \u00e1reas clave. En materia de infraestructura log\u00edstica y accesibilidad, contempla la construcci\u00f3n de un tercer carril en la Autopista Rosario-Santa Fe y el desv\u00edo del tr\u00e1fico pesado en la Ruta Provincial 91. En paralelo, busca fortalecer el sector log\u00edstico portuario mediante el ordenamiento del tr\u00e1nsito de camiones, el desarrollo de infraestructura para transportistas y la promoci\u00f3n de iniciativas de movilidad sostenible. Adem\u00e1s, establece una hoja de ruta para la creaci\u00f3n de un tercer anillo de circunvalaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de evaluar estrategias que mejoren la conectividad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este programa generar\u00e1 importantes beneficios. Permitir\u00e1 reducir los costos log\u00edsticos y aumentar la competitividad agroindustrial; adem\u00e1s de mejorar la conectividad y la seguridad vial en las rutas portuarias.
