{"id":60441,"date":"2025-03-27T19:16:25","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T19:16:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=60441"},"modified":"2025-03-27T19:16:32","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T19:16:32","slug":"industria-carnica-implementa-refrigeracion-sostenible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/industria-carnica-implementa-refrigeracion-sostenible\/","title":{"rendered":"Industria c\u00e1rnica implementa refrigeraci\u00f3n sostenible"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fazenda, una de las agroindustrias m\u00e1s grandes de Colombia, ampli\u00f3 su capacidad productiva con un sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n sostenible desarrollado por GreenYellow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a esta tecnolog\u00eda, la producci\u00f3n pas\u00f3 de 890.000 a 1.200.000 cerdos anuales, sin impacto ambiental negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El frigor\u00edfico de La Fazenda est\u00e1 ubicado en Puerto Gait\u00e1n, Meta; y ahora cuenta con un sistema de 556 toneladas de refrigeraci\u00f3n que utiliza amon\u00edaco (NH\u2083) como refrigerante natural. Esto elimina las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y reduce el consumo energ\u00e9tico en 15,46 %. Adem\u00e1s, la refrigeraci\u00f3n sostenible evita la destrucci\u00f3n de la capa de ozono, fortaleciendo el compromiso ambiental de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto, realizado sin inversi\u00f3n inicial por parte de La Fazenda, fue posible gracias a la alianza con GreenYellow; compa\u00f1\u00eda francesa especializada en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. Alba Luc\u00eda Castro, gerente de procesos c\u00e1rnicos de Agropecuaria Aliar, destac\u00f3 que esta colaboraci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 optimizar la producci\u00f3n de forma sostenible y rentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n incluye dos cavas para enfriamiento, \u00e1reas de proceso, expedici\u00f3n y congelaci\u00f3n, asegurando la calidad del producto. Jos\u00e9 Manuel Cruz, l\u00edder en GreenYellow, explic\u00f3 que con esta iniciativa se dejar\u00e1n de emitir m\u00e1s de 5.000 toneladas de CO\u2082 al a\u00f1o; equivalente a la absorci\u00f3n de 300.000 \u00e1rboles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaime Li\u00e9vano, presidente de La Fazenda, resalt\u00f3 que este avance mejora la competitividad de la industria c\u00e1rnica colombiana.
