Estas mejoras en infraestructura y tecnolog\u00eda optimizan la operatividad, reducen costos log\u00edsticos y fortalecen el comercio exterior peruano\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un informe del <em>Centro Nacional de Planeamiento Estrat\u00e9gico (Ceplan)<\/em> se\u00f1ala que la modernizaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura portuaria que abarca los terminales y la adopci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas son clave para posicionar a Per\u00fa como un hub log\u00edstico regional. Se han implementado mejoras en puertos estrat\u00e9gicos como Callao, Paita y Mataran; que ahora cuentan con mayor capacidad de carga y mejores conexiones con mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el <em>\u00cdndice de Desempe\u00f1o Log\u00edstico 2023<\/em> del Banco Mundial, Per\u00fa obtuvo una calificaci\u00f3n de <em>3.0 sobre 5.0<\/em>; ubic\u00e1ndose en el puesto <em>61 de 139 pa\u00edses<\/em>. Este resultado evidencia la necesidad de continuar con la modernizaci\u00f3n portuaria y la digitalizaci\u00f3n aduanera para fortalecer la competitividad del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el gobierno ha impulsado alianzas p\u00fablico-privadas para financiar proyectos clave; como la ampliaci\u00f3n del Terminal Norte Multiprop\u00f3sito en el Callao y la optimizaci\u00f3n del Puerto de Chancay.
