Actualmente, el 80% de esa carga en tr\u00e1nsito se transborda en el Puerto de Buenos Aires en lugar de Montevideo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo anunci\u00f3 Alejandro Dos Santos, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Agentes Mar\u00edtimos del Paraguay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La migraci\u00f3n de carga al puerto bonaerense se intensific\u00f3 en 2024 debido a problemas en Montevideo, explic\u00f3 Esteban Dos Santos, vicepresidente del Centro de Armadores Fluviales y Mar\u00edtimos (Cafym). \u201cEl motivo de esta decisi\u00f3n por parte de las l\u00edneas mar\u00edtimas fue la gran congesti\u00f3n y numerosos problemas sindicales y operativos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El directivo detall\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n de la Terminal Cuenca del Plata impact\u00f3 la operativa, pero el principal problema fueron los paros sindicales, el aumento de costos y las demoras. Esto afect\u00f3 tanto a los buques oce\u00e1nicos como a las barcazas del servicio feeder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a esta situaci\u00f3n, Cafym sostuvo m\u00faltiples reuniones con privados que operan en Montevideo, la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Puertos (ANP) y representantes del Gobierno uruguayo. \u201cAdvertimos sobre la decisi\u00f3n de migrar la carga de transbordo si no se solucionaban los problemas. Finalmente sucedi\u00f3\u201d, destac\u00f3 Dos Santos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio de ruta representa un impacto significativo para Montevideo, que hist\u00f3ricamente ha sido un hub clave para el comercio paraguayo.
