{"id":60243,"date":"2025-03-20T13:49:34","date_gmt":"2025-03-20T13:49:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=60243"},"modified":"2025-03-20T13:53:45","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T13:53:45","slug":"mar-del-plata-reduce-ajuste-tarifario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/mar-del-plata-reduce-ajuste-tarifario\/","title":{"rendered":"Mar del Plata reduce ajuste tarifario"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Consorcio Portuario Regional Mar del Plata anunci\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n en el porcentaje de actualizaci\u00f3n tarifaria para el bimestre marzo-abril. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcos Guti\u00e9rrez, presidente del organismo, confirm\u00f3 que el ajuste ser\u00e1 del 4%, por debajo de lo previsto inicialmente y del \u00edndice inflacionario proyectado para el per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida busca aliviar la carga financiera de los operadores portuarios ante la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds. \u201cBuscamos brindar un alivio a los distintos operadores portuarios para afrontar esta coyuntura dif\u00edcil\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Consorcio decidi\u00f3 modificar el esquema de actualizaci\u00f3n de la valuaci\u00f3n inmueble en la jurisdicci\u00f3n portuaria. Tradicionalmente aplicada en abril, ahora se dividir\u00e1 en dos partes. El 50% en la fecha habitual y el otro 50% en octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan c\u00e1lculos del organismo, ambas medidas generar\u00e1n un alivio superior a los 230 millones de pesos; para los operadores de la terminal mar\u00edtima. Esta decisi\u00f3n se enmarca en un esfuerzo por mitigar los efectos de la crisis econ\u00f3mica en los sectores productivos vinculados al puerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consorcio Portuario Regional Mar del Plata contin\u00faa evaluando estrategias; todo esto para equilibrar la sostenibilidad del puerto con las necesidades del sector.
