En total, 51 empresas participaron en el env\u00edo de soja en grano durante el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe destaca que las firmas con plantas procesadoras exportaron el 40% del volumen total; mientras que solo el 25% de la cosecha 2023\/2024 fue industrializada. A pesar de que la capacidad de procesamiento en Paraguay es de 4 millones de toneladas, la producci\u00f3n se qued\u00f3 en 2,5 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C\u00e1mara Paraguaya de Procesadores de Oleaginosas y Cereales (Cappro) explic\u00f3 que la industria busca equilibrar sus n\u00fameros exportando el grano sin procesar por razones log\u00edsticas y de mercado. En 2024, las empresas afiliadas a Cappro exportaron 3,5 millones de toneladas de soja en grano y procesaron 2,5 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro factor es la demanda argentina, ya que su industria necesita soja para evitar la inactividad de sus plantas.
