Este aumento se debi\u00f3 principalmente a la mayor captura de pescados, en especial de jurel. La regi\u00f3n aport\u00f3 el 42,9% del desembarque pesquero nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El subsector artesanal contribuy\u00f3 con 35.640 toneladas; representando el 20,3% de la descarga regional y registrando un crecimiento del 13,2% en doce meses. Este resultado se explic\u00f3 por el mayor desembarque de pescados, destacando la caballa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nivel nacional, el desembarque artesanal alcanz\u00f3 105.425 toneladas; un 23% m\u00e1s que en enero de 2024, y represent\u00f3 el 25,7% del total desembarcado en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El subsector industrial, que aport\u00f3 el 79,7% de las descargas regionales, moviliz\u00f3 140.294 toneladas, logrando tambi\u00e9n un incremento del 13% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.
