{"id":59692,"date":"2025-02-27T19:27:50","date_gmt":"2025-02-27T19:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=59692"},"modified":"2025-02-27T19:27:56","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T19:27:56","slug":"se-deroga-el-sedi-y-facilitan-las-importaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/se-deroga-el-sedi-y-facilitan-las-importaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Se deroga el SEDI y facilitan las importaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno argentino derog\u00f3 el Sistema Estad\u00edstico de Importaciones (SEDI) este martes; restableciendo el Sistema de Importaciones de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (SIRA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida se anunci\u00f3 mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n General Conjunta 5651\/2025; publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial por la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA) y la Secretar\u00eda de Industria y Comercio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El anuncio lo dio el ministro Luis Caputo en la red social X. Donde adem\u00e1s destac\u00f3 que, tras la derogaci\u00f3n, se implementar\u00e1n pol\u00edticas de facilitaci\u00f3n; todo esto con el fin asegurar intercambios comerciales simples, transparentes, eficientes y previsibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El SEDI se implement\u00f3 con el objetivo de normalizar, transparentar y agilizar el sistema de importaciones; proporcionando informaci\u00f3n anticipada y un seguimiento estad\u00edstico detallado de las operaciones de importaci\u00f3n de bienes. Sin embargo, Caputo explic\u00f3 que ya no es necesario recabar esta informaci\u00f3n anticipada para fines estad\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva normativa se alinea con los principios de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio (OMC); promoviendo el libre comercio, la competencia leal, la no discriminaci\u00f3n y la previsibilidad.
