Este resultado refleja un aumento de <strong>8,9 puntos<\/strong> respecto al <strong>tercer trimestre<\/strong> del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando el pa\u00eds registr\u00f3 <strong>145 puntos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>ranking regional<\/strong>, <strong>Argentina<\/strong> se ubic\u00f3 en segundo lugar con <strong>125,9 puntos<\/strong>, seguida por <strong>Per\u00fa<\/strong> (<strong>120 puntos<\/strong>), <strong>Uruguay<\/strong> (<strong>99,7 puntos<\/strong>) y <strong>Brasil<\/strong> (<strong>85 puntos<\/strong>). <strong>Chile<\/strong>, <strong>Colombia<\/strong>, <strong>Ecuador<\/strong>, <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y <strong>Bolivia<\/strong> obtuvieron <strong>69,4<\/strong>, <strong>56,9<\/strong>, <strong>38,8<\/strong> y <strong>3,8 puntos<\/strong>, respectivamente. En general, <strong>Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong> cerr\u00f3 el <strong>2024<\/strong> con un promedio de <strong>77,9 puntos<\/strong>, lo que representa una ca\u00edda de <strong>6,2 puntos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe destac\u00f3 a <strong>Paraguay<\/strong> como el mejor entorno para hacer negocios en la regi\u00f3n, subrayando su <strong>estabilidad<\/strong> y <strong>atractivo<\/strong> para inversionistas locales e internacionales. Este resultado refuerza la posici\u00f3n del pa\u00eds como un <strong>destino propicio<\/strong> para el desarrollo empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante <strong>2024<\/strong>, <strong>Paraguay<\/strong> mantuvo su liderazgo en el <strong>ICE<\/strong>. En el <strong>primer trimestre<\/strong>, registr\u00f3 <strong>154,6 puntos<\/strong>, el m\u00e1s alto entre los pa\u00edses evaluados. El <strong>segundo trimestre<\/strong> mostr\u00f3 un incremento a <strong>163,6 puntos<\/strong>, y aunque en el <strong>tercer trimestre<\/strong> experiment\u00f3 una <strong>ca\u00edda de 18 puntos<\/strong> (<strong>145 puntos<\/strong>), logr\u00f3 cerrar el a\u00f1o con <strong>153,9 puntos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>perspectivas econ\u00f3micas<\/strong> para <strong>2025<\/strong> son <strong>alentadoras<\/strong>. Se espera que <strong>Paraguay<\/strong> crezca por encima del <strong>3%<\/strong>, consolid\u00e1ndose entre las <strong>econom\u00edas m\u00e1s fuertes<\/strong> de la regi\u00f3n, a pesar de los <strong>riesgos clim\u00e1ticos<\/strong> como la <strong>sequ\u00eda<\/strong> que afecta al sector productivo.
