Alcanzando un total de US$ 912 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe de comercio exterior elaborado por Uruguay XXI. El principal producto de exportaci\u00f3n en enero fue la carne bovina; con ventas por US$ 202 millones, lo que represent\u00f3 el 22% del total. Este aumento se debi\u00f3 a una mejora en los precios internacionales del 14%. Estados Unidos se consolid\u00f3 como el principal comprador, con adquisiciones por US$ 77 millones; mientras que China redujo sus compras en un 20%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La celulosa ocup\u00f3 el segundo lugar con ventas por US$ 135 millones; aunque registr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda del 9% respecto al mismo mes del 2024. La Uni\u00f3n Europea fue el mayor comprador de este producto, con US$ 66 millones; mientras que las ventas a China disminuyeron un 34%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arroz experiment\u00f3 un aumento significativo del 83%, alcanzando US$ 68 millones en exportaciones. Costa Rica, que pr\u00e1cticamente no hab\u00eda comprado arroz uruguayo en enero de 2024, se convirti\u00f3 en el principal destino con US$ 14 millones. Asimismo, el trigo present\u00f3 un fuerte crecimiento del 49%, con ventas por US$ 57 millones. Brasil y Arabia Saudita fueron los destinos m\u00e1s importantes para este producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brasil continu\u00f3 siendo el mayor socio comercial de Uruguay en enero; con compras por US$ 169 millones, aunque con una ca\u00edda del 6% respecto a 2024. China, el segundo mercado m\u00e1s importante, experiment\u00f3 un descenso del 24%. En contraste, la Uni\u00f3n Europea duplic\u00f3 sus importaciones; alcanzando los US$ 139 millones, impulsada principalmente por la celulosa y la carne bovina.
