{"id":58993,"date":"2025-02-04T18:58:29","date_gmt":"2025-02-04T18:58:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=58993"},"modified":"2025-02-04T18:58:36","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T18:58:36","slug":"amp-realizo-343-inspecciones-laborales-en-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/amp-realizo-343-inspecciones-laborales-en-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"AMP realiz\u00f3 343 inspecciones laborales en 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1 (AMP), a trav\u00e9s del Departamento de Asuntos Laborales Mar\u00edtimos (DEALM), realiz\u00f3 343 inspecciones en embarcaciones de bandera paname\u00f1a durante 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> El objetivo fue garantizar el cumplimiento de los derechos laborales de la gente de mar, conforme al Decreto Ley No. 8 de 1998.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las naves inspeccionadas, 197 cumplieron con las normativas vigentes, mientras que 146 presentaron deficiencias. Entre las irregularidades detectadas destacan la falta de contratos formales, el incumplimiento de la inscripci\u00f3n en el r\u00e9gimen de seguridad social y el pago de salarios por debajo del m\u00ednimo establecido en el Decreto Ejecutivo No. 1 de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las inspecciones abarcaron cargueros, graneleros, portacontenedores, remolcadores, tanqueros y embarcaciones de abastecimiento, as\u00ed como naves de transporte de pasajeros y pesca artesanal, semiindustrial e industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de incumplimiento, la AMP impone sanciones seg\u00fan la Resoluci\u00f3n JD 022-2003, con multas de B\/. 5,000.00 a B\/. 10,000.00.
