Este anuncio surge como una medida de presi\u00f3n frente a la negativa inicial de Colombia de recibir deportados desde EE.UU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Claudia Lacouture, presidenta de AmCham Colombia, calific\u00f3 la medida arancelaria como devastadora para la econom\u00eda colombiana. Sectores clave como el caf\u00e9, del cual dependen m\u00e1s de 500 mil familias, y las flores, donde miles de madres cabeza de familia encuentran sustento, ser\u00edan gravemente afectados. Lacouture destac\u00f3 que la medida podr\u00eda implementarse r\u00e1pidamente, sin necesidad de aprobaci\u00f3n del Congreso estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el manejo de los deportados colombianos ha generado fricciones diplom\u00e1ticas. Colombia, cuyo marco constitucional proh\u00edbe el destierro, tiene la responsabilidad de recibir a sus ciudadanos deportados. Sin embargo, rechazarlos, como ha ocurrido en algunos casos, los deja en un limbo legal vulnerando sus derechos fundamentales y exponi\u00e9ndolos a condiciones precarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Lacouture, estas tensiones representan un desaf\u00edo cr\u00edtico para la relaci\u00f3n bilateral. Estados Unidos es uno de los principales socios comerciales de Colombia siendo destino clave para las exportaciones de caf\u00e9, flores y otros productos agr\u00edcolas.
