Este desempe\u00f1o posiciona a Argentina como l\u00edder global en el sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>China lider\u00f3 las exportaciones con 400,8 mil toneladas, representando el 68,8% del total. Sin embargo, el precio promedio cay\u00f3 un 11,3%, situ\u00e1ndose en 3.257 d\u00f3lares por tonelada. Otros mercados destacados incluyen Estados Unidos, donde el volumen exportado creci\u00f3 un 42,9%, y M\u00e9xico, que tras su reapertura registr\u00f3 un incremento de 1.437% en noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El precio promedio de exportaci\u00f3n en noviembre fue de 4.554 d\u00f3lares por tonelada, un 8,3% superior al mismo mes de 2023. La facturaci\u00f3n total del mes alcanz\u00f3 248,6 millones de d\u00f3lares, impulsada por mayores vol\u00famenes y recuperaci\u00f3n de precios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italia y Pa\u00edses Bajos mostraron aumentos significativos tanto en volumen como en facturaci\u00f3n, contribuyendo con m\u00e1s de 210 millones de d\u00f3lares. Israel, por su parte, experiment\u00f3 un crecimiento del 16% en env\u00edos, con un precio promedio de 6.066 d\u00f3lares por tonelada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector c\u00e1rnico argentino cierra 2024 con cifras hist\u00f3ricas y perspectivas optimistas para 2025.
