{"id":58242,"date":"2025-01-06T23:17:33","date_gmt":"2025-01-06T23:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=58242"},"modified":"2025-01-06T23:17:40","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T23:17:40","slug":"amcham-impulso-el-crecimiento-empresarial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/amcham-impulso-el-crecimiento-empresarial\/","title":{"rendered":"AmCham impuls\u00f3 el crecimiento empresarial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante 2024, la C\u00e1mara de Comercio Colombo Americana (AmCham Colombia) organiz\u00f3 una serie de actividades de negocios que involucraron a 545 empresas de diversos sectores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas iniciativas incluyeron m\u00e1s de 4,000 citas comerciales; que generaron expectativas de negocios por un total de US$ 22.7 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Claudia Lacouture, presidenta de AmCham Colombia, destac\u00f3 que estos resultados fueron posibles gracias a las ruedas de negocios, misiones comerciales y eventos de networking; todos impulsados por el Pacto por las Oportunidades para el Crecimiento de Colombia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de una iniciativa del sector privado que agrupa a m\u00e1s de 500 compa\u00f1\u00edas comprometidas con el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del pa\u00eds. La propuesta tiene como objetivo aprovechar las oportunidades de nuevos mercados; adem\u00e1s de adaptar las empresas a los mercados internacionales y generar empleo de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al empleo juvenil, AmCham Colombia report\u00f3 que el programa Empleo Hay logr\u00f3 vincular a 10,193 j\u00f3venes en empleo formal; representando para el 58% de los contratados su primer empleo. Adem\u00e1s, 4,068 j\u00f3venes recibieron formaci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s; lo que les permiti\u00f3 obtener certificaciones de nivel B2 o C1, mejorando as\u00ed su empleabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Pacto por las Oportunidades para el Crecimiento, una iniciativa del sector privado para fomentar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds, creci\u00f3 en 2024 a 509 empresas de 23 departamentos. Entre las empresas participantes se encuentran sectores como consultor\u00eda, tecnolog\u00eda, salud, comercio, alimentos y bebidas, y construcci\u00f3n.
