La producci\u00f3n nacional tambi\u00e9n experiment\u00f3 un alza significativa del 259,4%, consolid\u00e1ndose como motor principal de la actividad manufacturera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mercado interno absorbi\u00f3 el 93,4% de las ventas totales, siendo la producci\u00f3n nacional su pilar central; con un aporte de $1.338.896,7 millones. Las exportaciones representaron el 9,7% de este segmento, con un total de $144.146,7 millones. Paralelamente, la reventa de medicamentos importados sum\u00f3 $686.319,6 millones; equivalente al 31,6% de la facturaci\u00f3n total, reflejando la importancia de este sector para el abastecimiento local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los productos destacados, los medicamentos antineopl\u00e1sicos e inmunomoduladores lideraron la facturaci\u00f3n, con $445.294,6 millones (20,5% del total). Les siguieron los destinados al aparato digestivo y metabolismo ($331.791,3 millones, 15,3%) y al aparato cardiovascular ($273.554,2 millones, 12,6%). Estos segmentos concentran la mayor parte de la demanda tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El crecimiento exportador de la industria fue notable; acumulando un alza del 360,4% en los primeros tres trimestres de 2024 frente al mismo per\u00edodo de 2023, alcanzando $380.976,2 millones.
