Transportado por LATAM Cargo Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vuelo LA805 despeg\u00f3 desde Santiago hacia Melbourne el 27 de noviembre, con 220 kilogramos de filete de salm\u00f3n refrigerado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este logro fue posible tras un extenso proceso de auditor\u00eda liderado por Sernapesca y apoyado por ProChile. En septiembre, el Departamento de Agricultura, Pesca y Silvicultura de Australia reconoci\u00f3 oficialmente a Chile como exportador de salm\u00f3nidos procesados; estableciendo a Sernapesca como la autoridad competente para garantizar la inocuidad y calidad del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyecci\u00f3n en un mercado exigente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soledad Tapia, directora nacional de Sernapesca, destac\u00f3 que este primer env\u00edo refuerza la calidad de la cadena de valor de la salmonicultura chilena. Por su parte, Natalia Arcos, de ProChile, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este paso abre las puertas a un mercado de m\u00e1s de 26 millones de habitantes; diversificando las exportaciones y generando nuevas oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LATAM Cargo, que lidera las exportaciones de salm\u00f3n desde Chile con un 49% de participaci\u00f3n en 2024, celebr\u00f3 este avance. Claudio Torres, representante de la aerol\u00ednea, reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de ofrecer soluciones log\u00edsticas especializadas para el sector acu\u00edcola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chile exporta salm\u00f3n a 76 pa\u00edses, con mercados principales como Estados Unidos, Brasil y China. En 2023, estas exportaciones superaron los <strong>US$6.000 millones<\/strong>, consolidando al salm\u00f3n como un producto clave.
