{"id":57450,"date":"2024-12-02T13:16:32","date_gmt":"2024-12-02T13:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=57450"},"modified":"2024-12-02T13:16:42","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T13:16:42","slug":"spc-recibe-reconocimiento-por-su-excelencia-operativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/spc-recibe-reconocimiento-por-su-excelencia-operativa\/","title":{"rendered":"SPC recibe reconocimiento por su excelencia operativa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Sociedad Portuaria de Caldera (SPC) fue galardonada con el reconocimiento <em>Excelencia Empresarial: Nivel Maduro<\/em> por la C\u00e1mara de Industrias de Costa Rica; como parte del Programa a la Excelencia 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este premio se otorg\u00f3 tras un proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n de las empresas participantes en la <em>Ruta a la Excelencia<\/em>; destacando el esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n de SPC para mejorar sus est\u00e1ndares operativos y fomentar un desarrollo competitivo y sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ricardo Ospina, gerente general de SPC, destac\u00f3 que este reconocimiento refleja la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de principios de mejora continua. \u00abNo solo valida nuestros esfuerzos por optimizar procesos y alcanzar altos est\u00e1ndares de desempe\u00f1o; sino que reafirma nuestra responsabilidad de promover un desarrollo competitivo y sostenible. Incluso frente a los desaf\u00edos actuales de Puerto Caldera\u00bb, expres\u00f3 Ospina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Andr\u00e9s Gamboa, gerente de Business Excellence de SPC, agradeci\u00f3 a todos los colaboradores por su esfuerzo y compromiso con la mejora continua. \u00abSeguiremos fortaleciendo nuestras acciones para proporcionar herramientas que faciliten su labor; y promover un entorno organizacional que inspire la mejora continua\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u00ednea con este compromiso, SPC lanz\u00f3 en febrero de 2023 el Programa de Excelencia de Negocios; dise\u00f1ado para fortalecer las competencias clave de los colaboradores. Aplicando herramientas Lean como <em>Problem Solving<\/em>, <em>6S<\/em>, <em>Gesti\u00f3n Visual<\/em> y <em>Voice of the Customer (VoC)<\/em>. Este programa ha impactado positivamente a trabajadores de diversas \u00e1reas del puerto; incluyendo operativas, t\u00e9cnicas, de seguridad y calidad, e incluso a colaboradores de las cooperativas estibadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Programa a la Excelencia busca reconocer a las organizaciones que demuestran un liderazgo destacado y un compromiso continuo con la mejora de sus procesos y est\u00e1ndares de calidad.
