Seg\u00fan datos de la Empresa Portuaria Iquique (EPI). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este movimiento se dividi\u00f3 en 78.561 toneladas de carga exportada desde Bolivia; y 153.513 toneladas desembarcadas con destino final en este pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de exportaciones, julio fue el mes m\u00e1s destacado; con 35.185 toneladas tratadas, siendo el de mayor movimiento desde enero. Agosto, en cambio, marc\u00f3 el menor desempe\u00f1o del trimestre, con 16.342 toneladas. En cuanto al desembarque, julio tambi\u00e9n lider\u00f3 el volumen con 58.263 toneladas; aunque qued\u00f3 por detr\u00e1s de enero, que alcanz\u00f3 69.301 toneladas. Agosto nuevamente se posicion\u00f3 como el mes menos activo, con 40.638 toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este desempe\u00f1o se enmarca en una contracci\u00f3n general del comercio portuario global desde agosto; seg\u00fan Ricardo S\u00e1nchez, economista y co-director de la C\u00e1tedra K\u00fchne de Log\u00edstica en la Universidad de Los Andes.
