{"id":57200,"date":"2024-11-21T16:18:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T16:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=57200"},"modified":"2024-11-21T16:18:07","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T16:18:07","slug":"puerto-mejillones-impulsa-la-equidad-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/puerto-mejillones-impulsa-la-equidad-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"Puerto Mejillones impulsa la equidad de g\u00e9nero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del <strong>D\u00eda Internacional de la Eliminaci\u00f3n de la Violencia contra la Mujer<\/strong>, la Seremi de la Mujer y Equidad de G\u00e9nero de Antofagasta, <strong>Hanna Goldener<\/strong>, visit\u00f3 las instalaciones de <strong>Puerto Mejillones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> La jornada busc\u00f3 visibilizar las iniciativas que promueven la participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en las operaciones portuarias de <strong>Ultraport Mejillones<\/strong>; destacando su papel en una industria tradicionalmente dominada por hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su recorrido, Goldener visit\u00f3 el \u00e1rea de concentrado del puerto; donde pudo observar el trabajo de las operarias involucradas en la exportaci\u00f3n de cobre chileno. Adem\u00e1s, particip\u00f3 en una charla dirigida a las trabajadoras administrativas de <strong>Puerto Mejillones<\/strong> y <strong>Ultraport<\/strong>; abordando temas como la <strong>Ley Integral de Violencia<\/strong> y los mecanismos de denuncia disponibles ante situaciones de violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFue muy significativo compartir con las mujeres que trabajan aqu\u00ed y destacar su gran labor; especialmente quienes operan camiones. Esto no se trata solo de sumar n\u00fameros, sino de crear espacios para su desarrollo y crecimiento\u00bb.  Coment\u00f3 Goldener, subrayando el impacto de las iniciativas implementadas en el puerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ultraport Mejillones<\/strong> actualmente cuenta con un <strong>20% de participaci\u00f3n femenina<\/strong> en su dotaci\u00f3n laboral; y se posiciona como un referente en la reducci\u00f3n de brechas de g\u00e9nero.
