Mulino destac\u00f3 que este paso representa una oportunidad significativa para potenciar el comercio exterior; y fortalecer las relaciones internacionales. \u00abEs un gran honor y una tremenda oportunidad suscribir el documento que nos integra a este bloque comercial de primer nivel\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 en su conferencia semanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario expres\u00f3 su gratitud hacia los pa\u00edses miembros del Mercosur; especialmente Brasil, Paraguay y Uruguay, por su apoyo en este proceso. Desde el inicio de su mandato en julio, el Gobierno paname\u00f1o ha trabajado en una hoja de ruta que evidencia su compromiso con la integraci\u00f3n regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La incorporaci\u00f3n como Estado Asociado permitir\u00e1 a Panam\u00e1 participar en reuniones del bloque sobre temas de inter\u00e9s com\u00fan; y, eventualmente, explorar acuerdos comerciales con los pa\u00edses miembros. El ministro de Comercio, Julio Molt\u00f3, destac\u00f3 que Panam\u00e1 ha avanzado significativamente en su compromiso con la integraci\u00f3n regional; fortaleciendo su posici\u00f3n como un socio estrat\u00e9gico en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con su ingreso al Mercosur, Panam\u00e1 se suma a pa\u00edses como Chile, Colombia y Per\u00fa, que ya tienen el estatus de Estado Asociado.
