La directora de ventas globales de Iberia, Beatriz Guill\u00e9n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos empleos y contribuciones econ\u00f3micas \u201cdemuestran la prosperidad\u201d que genera la aerol\u00ednea en la regi\u00f3n; destacando que el 73% de los empleos est\u00e1n en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el 37% en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guill\u00e9n tambi\u00e9n desglos\u00f3 los empleos generados: 8,657 empleos directos, 34,182 indirectos y 112,969 inducidos, en sectores relacionados como turismo y hosteler\u00eda. Este efecto multiplicador tambi\u00e9n incide en el PIB; donde el 51% del impacto econ\u00f3mico recae en Espa\u00f1a, con 1,402 millones de euros. Mientras que Latinoam\u00e9rica aporta 1,332 millones. En particular, en M\u00e9xico, el impacto alcanza los 200 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de sostenibilidad, Iberia reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con la neutralidad clim\u00e1tica para 2050; destacando metas como eliminar pl\u00e1sticos de un solo uso y usar combustibles sostenibles.
