As\u00ed lo revel\u00f3 <strong>Jorge \u00c1valos<\/strong>, presidente de la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Parques Industriales Privados (AMPIP)<\/strong>, durante un panel en <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, el pa\u00eds cuenta con <strong>460 parques industriales<\/strong>, y <strong>93 m\u00e1s<\/strong> est\u00e1n en construcci\u00f3n. La inversi\u00f3n en nuevos desarrollos supera los <strong>4,000 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>; impulsada por m\u00e1s de <strong>80 fondos de inversi\u00f3n estadounidenses<\/strong>, superando los <strong>3,000 millones<\/strong> del a\u00f1o anterior. Empresas como <strong>Volvo<\/strong> y <strong>DHL<\/strong> est\u00e1n expandiendo su presencia en M\u00e9xico; con proyectos clave en <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> y el <strong>Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe \u00c1ngeles (AIFA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>suministro el\u00e9ctrico<\/strong> fue se\u00f1alado como un desaf\u00edo clave. <strong>Salvador Portillo<\/strong>, presidente de la <strong>C\u00e1mara Nacional de Manufacturas El\u00e9ctricas<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que el sector industrial consume el <strong>60%<\/strong> de la electricidad del pa\u00eds. Con el auge del nearshoring, se espera que la demanda energ\u00e9tica crezca, especialmente en \u00e1reas como la <strong>electromovilidad<\/strong>.
