{"id":56101,"date":"2024-10-10T17:07:03","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T17:07:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=56101"},"modified":"2024-10-10T17:07:10","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T17:07:10","slug":"invitan-a-usar-la-ventanilla-unica-de-comercio-exterior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/invitan-a-usar-la-ventanilla-unica-de-comercio-exterior\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitan a usar la Ventanilla \u00danica de Comercio Exterior"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Desde el 30 de septiembre, Bolivia cuenta con la Ventanilla \u00danica de Comercio Exterior (VUCE); una plataforma dise\u00f1ada para que los operadores gestionen autorizaciones, certificaciones y requisitos necesarios para la importaci\u00f3n, exportaci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1nsito de manera eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente Regional de Aduana La Paz, Mauricio Miranda, enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de esta transformaci\u00f3n digital para mejorar la competitividad y el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema VUCE incluye un portal web con informaci\u00f3n oficial sobre requisitos, costos y procedimientos, as\u00ed como un buscador arancelario. Los operadores ahora pueden gestionar sus solicitudes de forma digital, lo que ofrece varias ventajas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Interoperabilidad:<\/strong> La VUCE conecta instituciones encargadas de emitir certificados y permisos, eliminando tr\u00e1mites redundantes y mejorando la coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reducci\u00f3n de tiempos:<\/strong> La gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de documentos agiliza los procesos y aumenta la productividad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pasarela de pagos electr\u00f3nica:<\/strong> Los pagos pueden realizarse desde cualquier lugar, eliminando la necesidad de acudir a un banco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integraci\u00f3n con el Sistema SUMA:<\/strong> Los documentos generados se transmiten autom\u00e1ticamente al sistema de la Aduana Nacional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Generaci\u00f3n de reportes:<\/strong> Permite un seguimiento detallado de los documentos en todas sus etapas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acceso remoto:<\/strong> Los operadores pueden gestionar documentos desde cualquier dispositivo con internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para implementar la VUCE, la Aduana Nacional construy\u00f3 un centro de datos en 2022, con una inversi\u00f3n de Bs 25 millones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 28 de agosto, el presidente Luis Arce emiti\u00f3 el Decreto Supremo 5211, dando inicio oficial a la VUCE.
