{"id":56046,"date":"2024-10-10T11:29:30","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T11:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=56046"},"modified":"2024-10-10T11:29:37","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T11:29:37","slug":"piden-regulacion-equilibrada-para-la-ia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/piden-regulacion-equilibrada-para-la-ia\/","title":{"rendered":"Piden regulaci\u00f3n equilibrada para la IA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante la instalaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Accidental de Inteligencia Artificial, AmCham Colombia destac\u00f3 la importancia de alinear la regulaci\u00f3n entre el sector p\u00fablico y privado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C\u00e1mara Colombo Americana (AmCham Colombia) resalt\u00f3 la necesidad de una regulaci\u00f3n que atienda las actuales demandas del pa\u00eds; sin caer en la sobrerregulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santiago Marroqu\u00edn, vicepresidente ejecutivo de AmCham Colombia, expres\u00f3 que es clave que el Congreso, el Ejecutivo, la academia y el sector privado trabajen juntos. \u00abEs importante establecer reglas que nos permitan avanzar\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marroqu\u00edn advirti\u00f3 que una reglamentaci\u00f3n demasiado estricta podr\u00eda prohibir la IA. Sin embargo, una regulaci\u00f3n muy flexible podr\u00eda generar riesgos. Por eso, destac\u00f3 la necesidad de encontrar un equilibrio y entender qu\u00e9 aspectos requieren normativas; evitando regular todo de manera innecesaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vicepresidente de AmCham Colombia explic\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds ya cuenta con reglas claras sobre muchos temas relacionados con la IA. Por ello, recomend\u00f3 aprender de los errores de otros pa\u00edses que ya han regulado la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Marroqu\u00edn se\u00f1al\u00f3 que algunos campos, como el derecho penal o la defensa, podr\u00edan necesitar lineamientos espec\u00edficos.
