Este pilar eval\u00faa la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas y procesos para proteger contra ciberataques. Uruguay tambi\u00e9n avanz\u00f3 1,73 puntos en este \u00e1mbito desde 2020, reforzando su infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica y capacidad de respuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el pilar de Medidas Organizativas, el pa\u00eds lider\u00f3 la regi\u00f3n con 19,13 puntos, superando a Ecuador y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana. Esto refleja una mejor coordinaci\u00f3n entre sectores p\u00fablicos, privados y acad\u00e9micos. Adem\u00e1s, Uruguay mejor\u00f3 7,38 puntos en comparaci\u00f3n con 2020, consolidando su estructura nacional en gesti\u00f3n de ciberseguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uruguay tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 en Desarrollo de Capacidades, obteniendo 19,45 puntos, el puntaje m\u00e1s alto de Am\u00e9rica Latina. Este pilar mide los esfuerzos en formaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n para crear un entorno ciberseguro; con un aumento de 0,41 puntos desde la edici\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque Uruguay mostr\u00f3 un buen desempe\u00f1o en Medidas Legales y Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional, a\u00fan tiene margen de mejora.
