La empresa ya tiene presencia en Brasil y Estados Unidos; y ahora ve un gran potencial en el mercado tecnol\u00f3gico colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dante Mazzoni, Head de la Unidad de Colombia, enfatiza que Colombia ofrece un entorno empresarial estable y un ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n robusto. La ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del pa\u00eds fue decisiva para su expansi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carmen Caballero, presidenta de ProColombia, celebra la llegada de Sys Manager; destacando que fortalecer\u00e1 el ecosistema tecnol\u00f3gico y generar\u00e1 empleos de calidad. La empresa planea expandirse a Bogot\u00e1 y Medell\u00edn, contribuyendo al desarrollo de talento local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sys Manager se ha comprometido a formar a j\u00f3venes talentos mediante un Bootcamp en desarrollo de aplicaciones; y planea contratar alrededor de 30 nuevos empleados en \u00e1reas como desarrollo de software y dise\u00f1o de UX\/UI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa tambi\u00e9n promueve la sostenibilidad y la equidad de g\u00e9nero; implementando pol\u00edticas para aumentar la representaci\u00f3n femenina en roles de liderazgo.
