Estas tareas forman parte de los \u201cFatal Five\u201d, las cinco principales causas de accidentes en terminales portuarias. Los operarios pueden entrenarse en un entorno seguro y controlado, mejorando la calidad de la formaci\u00f3n y reduciendo costos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan sigue una ruta de aprendizaje en tres etapas. Primero, los trabajadores estudian contenidos te\u00f3ricos con hologramas y animaciones en RA. Luego, usan simuladores hiperrealistas que replican situaciones de riesgo. Finalmente, rinden un examen para validar los conocimientos adquiridos, obteniendo un certificado digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezequiel Porsella, oficial de seguridad de APM Terminals, destac\u00f3 que el uso de estas tecnolog\u00edas no solo incrementa la seguridad, sino tambi\u00e9n el bienestar del personal.
