El acuerdo, entre la Administraci\u00f3n General de Puertos (AGP) y armadores paraguayos, regula el cobro de peajes en el tramo del Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Paraguay confirm\u00f3 que el acuerdo incluye bonificaciones temporales. Entre el 15 de febrero de 2023 y el 31 de agosto de 2024, la tarifa ser\u00e1 de USD 1,20 por tonelada de registro neto (TRN). A partir del 1 de septiembre de 2024, esta tarifa se reducir\u00e1 a USD 0,80 por TRN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se estableci\u00f3 un mecanismo de compensaci\u00f3n para armadores que pagaron tarifas previas. Este avance se logr\u00f3 tras analizar inversiones en el tramo, la frecuencia de tr\u00e1fico y los servicios prestados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo, firmado con el Centro de Armadores Fluviales y Mar\u00edtimos de Paraguay (Cafym), tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Transporte de la Cuenca del Plata (CPTCP). Ambas partes acordaron la creaci\u00f3n de mesas de trabajo para mejorar el di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico y operativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este consenso representa un paso importante para resolver las tensiones sobre el peaje en la hidrov\u00eda.
