Seg\u00fan Lacouture, esta medida afectar\u00e1 principalmente a Colombia, especialmente en un momento cr\u00edtico para la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lacouture resalt\u00f3 que la suspensi\u00f3n limitar\u00e1 los ingresos vitales para regiones como La Guajira y Cesar; \u00e1reas que dependen de la inversi\u00f3n para su desarrollo. En un contexto de crisis fiscal, considera que es crucial aprovechar todas las fuentes de recursos disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde AmCham Colombia, advirtieron que esta decisi\u00f3n genera incertidumbre jur\u00eddica y mina la confianza de los inversionistas; elementos clave para atraer nuevas inversiones y dinamizar la econom\u00eda. La presidenta destac\u00f3 que decisiones como esta, junto a la limitaci\u00f3n en la exploraci\u00f3n de gas offshore y la cancelaci\u00f3n del proyecto Oslo, han incrementado la incertidumbre en el mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lacouture insisti\u00f3 en que no se puede hablar de una transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica sin una transici\u00f3n fiscal clara.
