Estos recursos se destinaron a la producci\u00f3n de materias primas, insumos y bienes que sustituyen importaciones, mediante el cr\u00e9dito SIBOLIVIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este programa, creado en diciembre de 2020 mediante el decreto 4424; y ofrece a las Micro y Peque\u00f1as Empresas (MyPE\u2019s) una tasa anual de inter\u00e9s del 0,5%, la m\u00e1s baja en la historia de la banca boliviana. El financiamiento ha sido clave para fortalecer la producci\u00f3n local y reducir la dependencia de productos importados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos regionales, La Paz lidera la recepci\u00f3n de estos cr\u00e9ditos con un 34% del total; seguido por Santa Cruz con un 27% y Cochabamba con un 16%. Las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas fueron las principales beneficiarias, representando el 99% de los desembolsos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El BDP, adem\u00e1s de proporcionar financiamiento, ofrece asistencia t\u00e9cnica a trav\u00e9s de talleres que potencian las habilidades de los productores.
