{"id":54326,"date":"2024-08-08T12:44:26","date_gmt":"2024-08-08T12:44:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=54326"},"modified":"2024-08-08T12:44:36","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T12:44:36","slug":"panama-celebra-subasta-electronica-del-best-of-panama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/panama-celebra-subasta-electronica-del-best-of-panama\/","title":{"rendered":"Panam\u00e1 celebra subasta electr\u00f3nica del Best of Panama"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Panam\u00e1 llev\u00f3 a cabo la subasta electr\u00f3nica anual del Best of Panama (BOP), destacando 50 lotes de caf\u00e9 de especialidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Los precios base son 100 d\u00f3lares por kilogramo para los \u00abGeishas\u00bb y 60 d\u00f3lares para los \u00abvarietales\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s de 175 compradores de todo el mundo, incluyendo Jap\u00f3n, China, Corea del Sur, Taiw\u00e1n, Emiratos \u00c1rabes, Francia, Inglaterra, Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos, Indonesia y Australia, participaron en esta subasta; seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 Hunter Tedman, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Caf\u00e9s Especiales de Panam\u00e1 (Scap).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La subasta se realiz\u00f3 en Boquete, una regi\u00f3n monta\u00f1osa cerca de Costa Rica; conocida por sus granos de alta calidad debido al clima fr\u00edo y la proximidad al volc\u00e1n Bar\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scap ofreci\u00f3 36 lotes de caf\u00e9s Geisha; divididos en 18 procesos lavados y 18 procesos naturales, y 14 lotes de varietales. Estos lotes obtuvieron los mejores puntajes en la Cata Internacional del BOP 2024 celebrada en junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elida Geisha Natural Torre lidera los Geishas Naturales con 95,13 puntos, mientras que Kaizen Finca Lorayne encabeza los Geishas Lavados con 95,50 puntos. Black Moon Constellation Chiroso Varietal, con 94,13 puntos, lidera los varietales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLos precios del caf\u00e9 del BOP han estado subiendo constantemente\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Wilford Lamastus, ganador de la cata del BOP. Panam\u00e1 ostenta el r\u00e9cord mundial de venta en subasta electr\u00f3nica de caf\u00e9 de especialidad, alcanzando 10.005 d\u00f3lares por kilogramo en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la subasta de 2022, se vendi\u00f3 un lote de 25 kilos de Carmen Geisha por 250.125 d\u00f3lares.
