El Departamento de Transporte de Estados Unidos est\u00e1 investigando la respuesta de la aerol\u00ednea al incidente; ya que otras compa\u00f1\u00edas se recuperaron m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bastian se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Delta no tiene otra opci\u00f3n que buscar da\u00f1os y perjuicios de CrowdStrike y Microsoft debido al impacto en la empresa; que incluye el da\u00f1o a la reputaci\u00f3n y la marca. Para ello, Delta ha contratado al abogado David Boies; conocido por su papel en el caso antimonopolio del gobierno de EE.UU. contra Microsoft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CrowdStrike, por su parte, explic\u00f3 que el apag\u00f3n inform\u00e1tico fue causado por un fallo en su software de prueba, Falcon, que protege contra ciberataques. El error ocurri\u00f3 debido a una validaci\u00f3n incorrecta de una actualizaci\u00f3n del sistema; no por un ataque cibern\u00e9tico.
