El acto se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la sede central de la ANDE, donde se presentaron 11 empresas interesadas en esta in\u00e9dita comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la apertura del sobre N\u00b0 1, se verificaron los documentos de cada oferente; y se invit\u00f3 a los participantes a realizar observaciones y correcciones, las cuales se anexaron al Acta de Apertura N\u00b0 31\/2024. Las empresas que participaron en el concurso incluyen ENEL TRADING BRASIL, INPASA AGROINDUSTRIAL S.A., y MATRIX COMERCIALIZADORA DE ENERGIA EL\u00c9TRICA S.A., entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las ofertas ahora ser\u00e1n analizadas y verificadas por el Comit\u00e9 de Evaluaci\u00f3n del Concurso de Precios. Mientras tanto, las propuestas del Sobre N\u00b0 2 permanecer\u00e1n en resguardo hasta que se complete la revisi\u00f3n de las del Sobre N\u00b0 1; y se obtenga la resoluci\u00f3n de habilitaci\u00f3n por parte de la m\u00e1xima autoridad de la ANDE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, esta licitaci\u00f3n, anunciada a finales de mayo, se basa en un acuerdo con Brasil sobre la energ\u00eda de Itaipu Binacional. Dicho acuerdo permite a Paraguay vender su energ\u00eda al mercado libre brasile\u00f1o bajo las normas vigentes en Brasil.
