Esta tendencia positiva tambi\u00e9n se refleja en el movimiento total de mercanc\u00edas; que ha aumentado un 44,6% en los \u00faltimos seis meses. De enero a junio, las toneladas registradas pasaron de 1.049.681 a 1.518.383; sumando un total de 8.667.344 toneladas en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En junio de 2024, el volumen de toneladas movidas fue un 5,1% mayor que en junio de 2023; manteniendo el mismo porcentaje de aumento que en mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la Autoridad Portuaria de Castell\u00f3n, Rub\u00e9n Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, destac\u00f3 que estos datos confirman \u201cuna tendencia positiva y apuntan a una recuperaci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1ficos en PortCastell\u00f3\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al incremento en el movimiento de contenedores, Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez se\u00f1al\u00f3 la influencia de la llegada de MSC al puerto y su efecto arrastre para otras navieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediterranean Shipping Company regres\u00f3 con una conexi\u00f3n que enlaza con Casablanca; lo que abre la puerta a revertir la tendencia negativa en el movimiento de mercanc\u00edas contenerizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En junio, el granel l\u00edquido represent\u00f3 el 50,6% del total de mercanc\u00edas; seguido del granel s\u00f3lido con un 43,1% y la mercanc\u00eda general con un 6,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las principales mercanc\u00edas movidas este a\u00f1o incluyen petr\u00f3leo crudo, feldespato, gasolina, arcillas, coque, fuel\u00f3leo y cemento.
