{"id":53314,"date":"2024-07-08T13:27:26","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T13:27:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=53314"},"modified":"2024-07-08T13:27:30","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T13:27:30","slug":"peru-y-china-acuerdan-tlc-modernizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/peru-y-china-acuerdan-tlc-modernizado\/","title":{"rendered":"Per\u00fa y China acuerdan TLC modernizado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La ministra peruana de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Elizabeth Galdo, anunci\u00f3 la conclusi\u00f3n exitosa de las negociaciones para actualizar el Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) con China. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este nuevo acuerdo, tras 14 a\u00f1os de vigencia del tratado original; busca adaptarse a las din\u00e1micas actuales del comercio internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las negociaciones, llevadas a cabo en siete rondas entre 2019 y 2024, han incorporado importantes modificaciones. Se han a\u00f1adido nuevos cap\u00edtulos sobre pol\u00edticas de competencia, comercio electr\u00f3nico, cadena global de suministro; adem\u00e1s de cooperaci\u00f3n en normas y medio ambiente. Estas actualizaciones est\u00e1n destinadas a beneficiar especialmente a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas peruanas; as\u00ed como a fomentar una mayor inversi\u00f3n china en el pa\u00eds andino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Galdo, el tratado revisado  tambi\u00e9n incluye disposiciones mejoradas en reglas de origen, procedimientos aduaneros; facilitaci\u00f3n del comercio, comercio de servicios, inversi\u00f3n, propiedad intelectual, y medidas sanitarias y fitosanitarias.
