Seg\u00fan datos del Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC), Uruguay ha realizado dos tercios de sus ventas a ese destino fuera de cuota y un tercio dentro de cuota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los exportadores uruguayos est\u00e1n aprovechando la cuota libre de arancel del 26,4% para enviar cortes de mayor valor, como kosher y org\u00e1nicos, en lugar de carne para la industria. Esto se refleja en un valor medio de exportaci\u00f3n dentro de cuota de US$ 8.100 por tonelada FOB. Hasta ahora, Uruguay ha cumplido con el 66% de la cuota anual de 20 mil toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las exportaciones a Canad\u00e1, Uruguay ha embarcado 2.900 toneladas en lo que va del a\u00f1o; lo que representa una disminuci\u00f3n del 25% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o pasado. La cuota no exclusiva para Canad\u00e1 es de 11,8 mil toneladas anuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, Uruguay ha cumplido con la totalidad de la cuota Hilton de 5.606 toneladas y la del Reino Unido de 770 toneladas para el ejercicio 2023\/24.
