El emprendimiento se desarrollar\u00e1 en un predio de 87 hect\u00e1reas con acceso al mar, comprendido por los caminos Burdeos y Dellazzopa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informa la comuna capitalina, el terreno es de propiedad estatal y fue cedido al cluster para fomentar el desarrollo de esta industria. Adem\u00e1s en el polo podr\u00e1n instalarse integrantes del cluster y joint ventures de socios con otras empresas, para lo que ya se est\u00e1n haciendo contactos a nivel internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 previsto adem\u00e1s que se instale un centro de capacitaci\u00f3n para trabajadores. El proyecto es impulsado por la primera asociaci\u00f3n de tipo cluster constituida en Uruguay.
