Para asegurar el est\u00e1ndar de la pureza varietal, un factor cr\u00edtico para la industria alimentaria, el productor comparti\u00f3 los datos del grano almacenado, como calidad, pureza varietal, ubicaci\u00f3n y cantidades a Lartirigoyen, otorg\u00e1ndole acceso para observar a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma SiloReal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este proceso, y gracias a la informaci\u00f3n aportada por SiloReal, Lartirigoyen realiz\u00f3 una transacci\u00f3n directa, comprando la cebada en origen para luego ofrecer a Malter\u00eda Pampa. Este acuerdo se apoya en la trazabilidad que genera dicha tecnolog\u00eda, facilitando la transparencia, eficiencia y agilidad del proceso.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malter\u00eda Pampa, ahora due\u00f1a de la cebada, puede ajustar su traslado de los siloreales de acuerdo a las necesidades de su producci\u00f3n, ahorrando en promedio U$S 10 por tonelada. Este innovador modelo de negocio, ahorra tiempo y recursos, entre ellos combustible y cargos log\u00edsticos, creando un nuevo est\u00e1ndar en la industria.
