Estas becas ayudar\u00e1n a cerrar la brecha digital y a capacitar a m\u00e1s personas con habilidades digitales esenciales para el futuro laboral en Per\u00fa y el mundo.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Women in Tech gestionar\u00e1 la distribuci\u00f3n de las becas, enfoc\u00e1ndose en la igualdad digital. Se priorizar\u00e1 a mujeres y personas de grupos subrepresentados, as\u00ed como a desempleados y trabajadores informales. Seg\u00fan un estudio del BID de 2021, solo el 25% de los empleos en el sector TIC en Per\u00fa son ocupados por mujeres. Marcela Olivieri, directora de Women in Tech Per\u00fa, enfatiz\u00f3: \u00abEstas becas son llaves que abren puertas a oportunidades sin precedentes, empoderando principalmente a mujeres y ni\u00f1as en tecnolog\u00eda.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las inscripciones para las becas comienzan el 24 de mayo y las clases inician el 17 de junio. Los cursos, disponibles en Coursera, abarcan \u00e1reas como Ciberseguridad, Marketing Digital y Fundamentos de IA. Lucas Ansaldo, de Google Hispanoam\u00e9rica, explic\u00f3: \u00abFundamentos de IA es crucial para la inclusividad digital y el progreso econ\u00f3mico.
