Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 la AMP en un comunicado. El objetivo principal de este acuerdo es establecer un marco de colaboraci\u00f3n para el desarrollo del proyecto \u00abBlue Pass\u00bb; que busca crear una plataforma que re\u00fana a los principales actores de la industria mar\u00edtima de los EAU. Junto con socios y partes interesadas, para ofrecer privilegios y facilidades a navieras; y armadores que visiten los puertos y aguas de los EAU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los buques del registro paname\u00f1o que participen en este proyecto recibir\u00e1n una serie de beneficios y facilidades; incluyendo prioridad en la entrada y salida de los puertos, cambio de tripulantes, y descuentos en servicios auxiliares con empresas inscritas en la base de datos del programa Blue Pass. Adem\u00e1s, tendr\u00e1n acceso a una base de datos compartida para contactar directamente con proveedores y obtener descuentos mutuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo fue firmado por representantes del Ministerio de Energ\u00eda e Infraestructura de los EAU y de NeoNautica for Ship and Boats Trading LLC, con sede en Dubai; as\u00ed como por la embajadora de Panam\u00e1 en los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.
